This line of jewelry is all about my two favourite things. The art of adornment and the art of Re-purposing. Using pieces that are no longer viable in their original configurations, I take them apart and create fresh wearable pieces of jewelry.
Details.....The chain is 32" long, the fancy links measure 29mm x 7.3mm, and the hook drop is 1.6" long.
Small imperfections are to be expected and considered part of the design.View full product details

Three delicate strands of the tiniest antique coral beads are connected to 12k yellow gold tubes which are connected to their matching barrel clasp. I have a fondness for the truly simple, elegant jewels of the early 1800's. The versatility of this necklace gives it a modern purpose while it's fineness shows its antiquity. The coral is the vivid red orange of fine 19th century coral. Aside. I only buy and sell antique coral and I do not condone the destruction of our coral reefs. I believe the reuse and recycling of jewelry is a lovely way to respect our Planet and celebrate her beauty.
