Irresistible Oval Emerald Ring with Diamond Accents

An irresistible emerald with the most delightful green color stars in this Mid Century engagement ring. The 0.62ct emerald is a faceted oval cut, flanked by two round accent diamonds. The gemstones are prong set in a raised, pierced gallery above a slender, tapered 14k yellow gold band. The intense green of the emerald is enhanced by the rich yellow gold, like sunshine in spring, and the diamonds sparkle like dewdrops. Circa 1950.

This ring comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $2300.

Gem Details.....The emerald is an 0.62ct oval faceted cut, slightly included with Medium, Strong bluish Green (bG 5/5) color. Two round brilliant diamonds have a 0.22tcw, with VS2-SI1 clarity and G-H-I color.

Details.....Currently a size 6. This ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. The top of the ring measures 10.6mm by 6.7mm, and the band is 1.5mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
