Herman Friedrick (1912-1965) was born in Frankfort, Germany. He was not only an superb silversmith, he was also a horse trainer and trick rider. He opened a silversmith shop next to Madison Square Garden specializing in fine Western gear. His elite Cowboy customers included Roy Rogers and Gene Autry.
Details.....The buckle measures 2.34" by 2.58" and 1.5mm thick. In Very Good Vintage condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces, we consider it part of the charm.
