Mystical Abalone Earrings with Sterling Details

The mystery of the deep...these beautiful abalone earrings are mystical and dreamy. Two teardrop-shaped slabs of abalone sandwich a rope of twisted silver wire, the backs are as beautiful as the fronts. The abalone shell's iridescent nacre reflect all the colors of the rainbow. Imagine how pretty these earrings will look poolside. The sterling silver ear wires are modern replacements. Circa 1940. 

Details.....The earrings have a 1.70" drop from the ear, the pendant measures 1.15" by 0.60". In Good Vintage Condition. The earrings are stable and very wearable, there is a small crack in one of the slabs of abalone. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it a part of the charm.
