A charming vintage flower brooch, thoughtfully constructed of precious materials in three lifelike dimensions. The flower's many petals are tenderly sculpted in 14k yellow gold and engraved with glittering detail. Its stamens are tipped with anthers of sapphire. Gold and deep blue sapphire are a classic combination, regal and luxurious. This brooch is the ideal size and weight for a suit jacket or light overcoat. Circa 1960.
