Is there anything more fabulous than rose cut diamonds? This ring is a rare beauty, a rose cut diamond frame surrounds an Imperial Topaz oval in that perfect peachy pink shade. The rose cut diamonds are foiled and closed back, in the typical style of the 19th century, the Imperial Topaz is open back and claw set. The gold is 14k, the Imperial Topaz is 1.5 carats, the rose cut diamonds have an approximate total weight of 1 carat, rose cuts are notoriously difficult to measure when set. This ring dates to the late 19th century.

Please note that you Do Not want to get foiled closed back gems wet it will darken the stones.

Details.....The ring is currently a size 7.25 and can be sized down 2 sizes or up 1.5 sizes free of charge. Please contact us if you need this ring sized up more than 1.5 sizes, it may be possible and will have a small fee. The top measures 14.3mm x 12.8mm the shoulder measures 3mm and the back of the band 1.4mm. In Very Good Antique condition, you should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
