The crescent moon and star motif are so powerful. Wherever and whenever we all recognize this celestial configuration. This enchanting Victorian locket is 14k rosy gold, engraved with a crescent moon and an eight-pointed star. These heavenly bodies are inset with glittering rose-cut diamonds. The back of this locket has a few scratches and small dents but is free from initials. No glass or frames, but the interior is clean, and the clasp is tight. A jump ring bale suspends the locket from a modern 14k gold curb chain. Circa 1870.
Details.....The locket measures 1.05" in diameter. The chain is 18" long. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
