Mid 1800's Citrine Fob Seal Lamb of God

This beautifully ornate fob is set with a sunny yellow carved Citrine seal featuring the Lamb of God. A haloed lamb holds a cross topped staff with a flowing banner proudly displaying a Halo on it. The gold covered fob is decorated with Oak Leaves and Acorns, Good Luck, Prosperity, Potential. So much symbolism in this really lovely fob seal. Circa 1840.

I have a love for fobs and try to always have a nice selection. They make wonderful pendants and layering pieces.

Details.....The fob measures 36.6mm tall and 22.2mm by 17.5mm across the base. In Good Antique condition for its age with some wear. Imperfections are to be expected in antique jewelry; it is considered part of its charm.
