These lovely pendulous earrings are made of 935 silver, slightly higher than sterling standard 935 was a popular fineness in Europe. Long and swingy these earrings are set with clear paste stones and set with large cultured 1/2 pearls, pearls were 1st cultured in the late 1800's by Mikimoto so they are original to the earrings. The floral motif of the front is beautifully translated to the backs of the earrings which are equally lovely. The wires are 20th century replacements, well done and in keeping with the original wires. Ear wires are often replaced as they take the most wear in earrings. Circa 1900.
Details.....The earrings have a 1.91" drop from the ear, and the earrings measure .61" across the widest point. They are in very good condition. You should always expect some wear on your antique and vintage jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
