ArtCarved Bars & Flowers NOS Gold Wedding Band

This lovingly sculpted Art Deco band was made by the prominent American jewelry manufacturer ArtCarved. Engraved flowers alternate with bright and shiny bars, enhanced with milgrain detail. Pairing soft florals with crisp geometric elements was a popular trend during this stylish era. The interior of the band is stamped "14k" and with the maker's marks for "Woods & Sons" and"ArtCarved." The band is New Old Stock, true vintage that has never before been sold to the public. You can be the first person to enjoy this wonderful vintage ring. Circa 1930.

J. R. Wood & Sons was founded in 1850, in Trenton, New Jersey. The J. R. Wood & Sons' 1919 catalogue describes the company as "diamond cutters, wedding ring makers and manufacturers of fine gold and platinum jewelry. The ArtCarved line was introduced in the 1920s when the company began making bridal jewelry with "carved" designs.
