Delightful Navajo sterling silver and turquoise cuff bracelet with floral appliqué. This cuff has a three bar construction that supports a large, ornate centerpiece. A long, narrow oval of intense blue turquoise is bezel set vertically, bridging the bars. Applied leaves and flowers curl around the vibrant stone, accented with silver beads. The central bar is twisted silver. This is an especially lovely bracelet that makes a bold statement yet has a light and airy delicacy. The interior of the cuff is marked "Sterling" and signed "JJ." The initials are stamped vertically in gothic script. This may be the mark for Navajo silversmith John Chavez. Circa 1980.
