Heavily Engraved Two-Tone Art Deco Diamond Band

Such a handsome Art Deco diamond ring, equally gorgeous playing the role of wedding band or engagement ring. The body of the ring is a band of 14k yellow gold, widest at the top and tapering into a slim shank. A 0.18ct old European cut diamond sits in a hexagonal white gold head, inset in the top of the band. Deep horizontal grooves run down the shoulders, perpendicular to the diamond, and crisp little notches sit north and south of the head. Lush engraving of a geometric acanthus pattern embellishes the top of the ring, while iridescent bloom and darkened patina highlight the rich engraving. Circa 1920.

Details.....Currently a size 7.5. This ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. The top of the ring measures 9mm wide and tapers to a 2.5mm wide band. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces; we consider it part of the charm.
