A crisp and graphic example of a turn of the 20th Century signet ring. The top of this English 15ct gold ring is set with a carnelian shield. The gold setting is contoured around the shield, creating wonderfully sleek lines. The carnelian is uncarved. The hallmarks inside the shank are for Birmingham, 15ct, and 1901-1902. Very exciting to find a piece like this in a larger size.
