This interesting asymmetric Native American ring features turquoise set in an ornate sterling silver frame. The robin's egg blue turquoise is shot through with dramatic black matrix. The stone is set in a sawtooth bezel and framed in twisted rope detail. Wings of silver cup the turquoise and metal work. Silver beads embellish one end of the ring, silver rope detail curls like antennae at the other end. The decorative top sits above a triple-split shouldered band. Circa 1980.
