Fascinating gold stud earrings set with diamonds and black opal inlay. 14k gold button studs are set with a an arc of graduated opal squares. The opal is saturated with purples, blues and greens with flashes of red. An arc of channel set diamonds echoes the line of the opal inlay. The back of the earrings are signed "Kabana." Graphic, striking and very unusual, these studs demand attention. Circa 1980.
