Phenomenal Moonstone Ring in Platinum & 22k Gold

A phenomenal moonstone ring, the sublime gemstone is paired with precious platinum and 22k gold. The moonstone is a profound oval cabochon, dramatically deep with a magical pale blue adularescence. This limpid gem is set in a simple platinum bezel with a luxurious surprise...a thin layer of buttery 22k gold backs the platinum bezel. This part of the ring began its life as an Edwardian stickpin. Our jeweler has added a substantial flat band of 22k gold. The band provides balance and weight, tethering the otherworldly moonstone to the Earth. Stickpin circa 1900.

Details.....Currently a size 6.75. The ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. The top of the ring measures 12.5mm by 19mm, and the band is 2.8mm wide. The top of the ring has a profile of 12.3mm. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
