This large Navajo ring is set with an oval of shockingly blue turquoise shot through with a web of silvery matrix. The turquoise is bezel set within an engraved sterling silver frame. An applied leaf and berries curl jauntily around the stone. The engraved details are thoughtful and refined. The decorative top of the ring is a flat plaque set atop a split-shouldered, half round band. A particularly lovely example of this classic style. Circa 1970.
