This gorgeous Navajo ring has everything: incredible Royston turquoise, ornate coin silver work and rocker designs. Royston turquoise is known for vivid colors that run together in the same stone and rich, golden brown matrix. The turquoise stones are set north/south in raised sawtooth bezels. Applied leaves curl around the stones, with sweet flowers applied at the interstices. Rope work and beaded detail complete the picture. The decorative top of the ring is a plaque set on a flat band that tapers from wide shoulders to a narrow shank. The shoulders of the ring are stamped with rocker designs. These designs resemble sun rays, symbolizing constancy. Circa 1970.
