Whimsical "1929" Gold Signet Ring with Bird

This whimsical dated signet ring is utterly charming. The year 1929 is jauntily sculpted across the face of the 14k gold ring. A cheerful little song bird stands to one side, leaves and flowers curl around the other. Beautifully engraving highlights the natural elements, reminiscent of the Arts & Crafts movement. There is a lot going on here and it is all good. The underside of the signet is marked "U14KW" in a rectangular cartouche. Circa 1920. 

Details.....Currently a size 7.5. This ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. Please contact us if you need this ring sized more than two sizes, it may be possible and will have a small fee. The top of the ring measures 15mm wide, the band measures 2.3mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. Some wear is to be expected on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it to be part of their charm.
