Glittering glamour, this is a Mid-century rhinestone necklace from Kramer, a choker of alternating round and baguette stones set in silver-tone costume metal. Marquise rhinestones radiate out from the choker like glistening drops of ice. The necklace fastens with a decorative slide clasp. The piece is very well made; the clear rhinestones are prong set, and the supple links drape attractively along the collarbone. The back of the lovely clasp is signed "Kramer." A collectible piece that would make a dreamy bridal necklace for your vintage-inspired wedding. Circa 1950.

Kramer of New York was founded by Louis Kramer in 1943, and the business produced beautiful, high-quality costume jewelry until sometime around 1980. Kramer was chosen to be Christian Dior's US manufacturer in the 1950s.

Details.....The necklace is 15" long and graduates from .36" to .71" wide. In Very Good Vintage condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces; we consider it part of the charm.
