Siam Silver Chandelier Earrings by Amfarco

Gorgeous Siam silver chandelier earrings from Amfarco. The sterling silver earrings are heptagons with cut-out dangles. The silver is enameled with black niello, then engraved with Thai dancers and foliate patterns. Heptagonal screw back tops are each adorned with a four-petaled flower. Two points of articulation give these earrings a sassy swing. This style of enameled and engraved jewelry is referred to as Siam silver, the backside of the earrings are marked "By Amfarco Sterling Siam." These earrings have a wonderful bohemian feel: wear them with your favorite summer dresses. Circa 1940.
