Slender Palladium & Gold Channel Set Diamond Band

This wee slip of a two-tone wedding band is channel set with a wide arc of tiny diamonds. Twenty pretty little diamonds are set in a slim channel of palladium within a slender, tapered 14k yellow gold band. Sculpted shoulders soften the ring's crisp, clean lines. During World War II, platinum was reserved for the war effort, making palladium, one of the platinum group metals, the most popular white metal used in jewelry. A dainty profile makes this a great wedding band to pair with your vintage engagement ring. Circa 1940.
