These Ancient Roman earrings are a wonderful glimpse into the life of a wealthy Roman woman. I can just imagine the fabulous Roman parties these Eros earrings witnessed. These wearable Ancient earrings date from the 2nd century CE. The gold tests at 22-23k; the hoops are twisted closed and suspended from 20thc ear wires in 14k gold. An incredible opportunity to own a piece of history.
Details.....The original Roman hoops measure .71" across. They are in Very Good Condition for Ancient Jewels: there is a small bit of one figure missing. You should always expect some wear on your vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
