The approximate 0.20ct stone sits in a triple-split prong palladium head over the softly tapered 14k yellow gold body of the ring. The fancy head and very simple band accentuates the pretty diamond. A low profile gallery make this ring practical and easy to wear. Yellow gold and palladium were a popular metal combination during World War II, when platinum was reserved for the war effort.
