Romantic details make this palladium and diamond engagement ring special. The bright center diamond sits in a square head above pierced and sculpted shoulders. Three tiny navettes form each shoulder, and each navette is set with a twinkling diamond. The navettes resemble small leaves, creating a lovely floral effect. The palladium body of the ring features cathedral shoulders and a very low profile . Palladium was a popular substitute for platinum during World War II, when platinum was reserved for the war effort. The interior of the band bears the sweet, hand engraved inscription "A.T.P. to O.O.W. '45." Circa 1940.

Details.....Currently a size 6. This ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. The top of the ring measures 16.3mm by 4mm and band is 1mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
