Edwardian Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Flower Ring

So smitten with this English sapphire and diamond cluster flower ring. A .25ct sapphire is ringed in eight diamond "petals," creating quite a pretty posy. The stones sit in scalloped platinum edged in glittering milgrain engraving. The gem-set platinum is layered over the gallery and shoulders of a graceful 18ct yellow gold ring. A low profile and very thin, flat band give the piece a delicate appearance, although it is practical and easy to wear. A romantic engagement ring for a lover of colored gemstones. Circa 1910.

Details.....Currently a size 7.75. The top of the ring measures 9.8mm in diameter, and the band is .9mm wide. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
