Shipping:

Local Pickup

You may pick up your package at the store during business hours. We are located at 720 NW 23rd Avenue Portland Oregon 97210. If you don't want to park, give us a call and we will bring it out to you.

USPS and Fed Ex

  • Orders under $500 are shipped Standard USPS Mail for $7.50
  • Orders $500 to $2000 are shipped via USPS Priority for $15.
  • Orders $2000 and up are shipped Insured, Signature required via Fed ex for $35.
  • Any Order can be upgraded to 2 day Fed Ex for $60

In Store Return Policy:

We do not offer refunds. Store credit only, issued upon exchange valid for 1 year. Your store credit is equal to the exact amount you spent to purchase the item only, and does not include any extra fees such as shipping and sizing you may have also paid at the time of purchase. 

PLEASE NOTE rings that have been sized and pieces you have had alterations made to, such as shortening, or lengthening bracelets or necklaces, as well as custom designed pieces, are not returnable. Please call 503-226-0629 or e-mail admin@gemsetlove.com with any questions.

 

Web Return Policy:

If you would like to return an online order you must return the item to us within 5 business days of receiving it, the day you receive your purchase counts as day one. Items will not be accepted after 5 business days. Please notify us right away at admin@gemsetlove.com , we will email you a shipping label and instructions for shipping the item back to us. Do Not return an item without first contacting us. A return shipping fee of $18 will be deducted from your final refund. The item(s) being returned MUST be returned in as-purchased condition in order to receive a refund. PLEASE NOTE rings that have been sized and any alterations you have us make to a piece before sending to you, such as shortening bracelets or necklaces, as well as custom designed pieces, are not returnable. Always email us to ask for details if you are having a piece altered.


Sale items are final, no returns, no refunds.
