Faqs: Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All orders over $500 ship free via USPS Priority Mail Insured, Signature required.  Orders under $500 have a flat shipping cost of $5, and ship USPS regular mail, Signature required. If you would like to expedite your order you can choose to do that for an extra fee at checkout.

Exchanges & Returns:

Our return policies differ for In Store Purchases and Web Purchases. The reason for this is that when you are purchasing in the shop you get to physically handle, examine and try on the piece.


In Store Purchases Return Policy:
We allow for exchanges only on in store purchases with a date to be agreed upon at the time of purchase. The date can be somewhat flexible based on your gifting time frame. We do not offer refunds on in store purchases. If you return an item purchased in the store you can choose to have your store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange it right away for another item. Your store credit is equal to the exact amount you spent to purchase the item only, and does not include any extra fees such as shipping and sizing you may have also paid at the time of purchase. 

PLEASE NOTE rings that have been sized and pieces you have had alterations made to, such as shortening, or lengthening bracelets or necklaces, as well as custom designed pieces, are not returnable. Please call 503-226-0629 or e-mail info@gemsetlove.com with any questions.

Web Purchases Return Policy:
If you wish to return your Online purchase you must return the item to us within 5 business days of receiving it, the day you receive your purchase counts as a day. Items will not be accepted after 5 business days. Please notify us right away at info@gemsetlove.com if you are returning an item and we will email you a shipping label and the instructions for shipping the item back to us. Do Not return
an item without first contacting us. The buyer pays the cost of return shipping, the amount will be deducted from your final refund. The item(s) being returned MUST be returned in as-purchased condition in order to receive a refund. Online orders may be returned in person to the store within 5 business days for a store credit or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE rings that have been sized and any alterations you have us make to a piece before sending to you, such as shortening bracelets or necklaces, as well as custom designed pieces, are not returnable. Always email us to ask for details if you are having a piece altered.

Sale items are final, no returns, no refunds.
