This elaborate Edwardian watch pull makes an interesting ornament. Wear it as a pendant, attach it to your belt, hang it from your purse, or ... why not? wear it on your pocket watch. The watch pull is a panel of gold-filled mesh with scrolling terminals and a plaque applied to its center. The ornate plaque is engraved with the monogram "R.L.L." The pull hangs from a watch hook, and a gorgeous little fob hangs from its bottom. Circa 1910.

A watch pull is a wide, flat chain with, typically, a fob at one end and a watch hook at the other. A pocket watch was attached to the hook; when the watch was placed in a waistcoat pocket, the chain and fob hung outside. The pull made it easier to remove the watch from the pocket, and it looked quite dapper.

Details.....The piece is 4.6" long, the mesh panel measures .97" by 3.15", and the fob is .78" by .50" by .77". In Very Good Antique Condition. Imperfections are to be expected in antique jewelry; it is considered part of its charm.
