This fierce little dragon reminds us of beautiful French fairy Mélusine in her serpentine form. She is curled sinuously around a long sword. The wee dragon is cast in 14k yellow gold. Originally a stick pin, at some point in her history she was converted into a pendant. Her bale is formed from her original pin. This little pendant hangs on a modern 14k recycled gold rope chain. It will be fabulous layered with other necklaces or worn on its own. Circa 1930.
Details.....The chain is 18" and the pendant is 13.4mm by 15mm. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
