An English heart locket with a single diamond set in an incised star. The back of the locket is plain, highly polished, and stamped "9ct Gold Back & Front," which means the exterior of the locket is 9ct gold while the hinge and interior metal are not precious. The interior of the locket has glass and a frame intact on one side. It hangs on a modern recycled 10k gold rope chain from a simple jump ring bale. A sweet heart for your sweetheart. Circa 1900.
Details.....The locket measures 0.78" by 0.94". The chain is 18" long. The piece weighs 5.4 grams. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces; we consider it part of the charm.
