This darling sterling silver heart locket is engraved with a swirling foliate design. The puffy heart is covered with a classic acanthus motif on a field of crosshatching. This locket has no frames or glass, the interior is clean and the clasp is secure. A matching engraved bale suspends the piece from a modern sterling silver cable chain. A romantic love token, perfect for preserving a lock of hair or special photo. Circa 1970.
