Elegant Akoya Pearl & Gold Necklace by Ancient Influences

This necklace is a fresh take on the timeless luxury of gold and pearls. A 14k gold rope chain is finished with three graduated Akoya pearls and four gold beads, hand knotted on gold silk. The round, polished 14k gold beads complement the creamy glow of the semi-baroque pearls. A toggle clasp fastens the necklace in the front, placed jauntily to the side of the pearls and beads. The components of the piece date circa 1900 to 1950. Stunning on its own, this elegant necklace will layer fabulously with other pearls, gold chains, or a stunning combination of the two.

Details.....The necklace measures 22" long. The chain measures 1.9mm wide, the largest pearl measures 9.9mm in diameter, and the gold beads are 5.9mm in diameter. The piece weighs 13.3 grams.
