A handsome sterling silver pendant with a pre-Columbian motif. The disc-shaped pendant features a cruciform design applied to a field of engraved texture. This Mexican pendant is bold and graphic, with shiny high points and oxidized low points in the traditional overlay fashion. The pendant hangs from a large bale on a modern sterling silver box chain. This piece is New Old Stock, true vintage that has never been worn. Marked on the back "TM-253 Mexico 925." Circa 1980.
Details.....The chain is 16" long, and the pendant measures 1.5" by 1.66", 2.1" with bale. In New Old Stock Condition. You should always expect some wear on your vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
