Tablets of carved jade swing on gold chains in these wonderful early 20th-century Chinese earrings. Long, flat panels of dark green jade carved with a pattern of leaves, flowers, and, possibly, gourds. These panels hang on delicate gold curb chains. Discs of carved jade are prong set in the 14k gold post earring tops. The jade makes that lovely chiming sound you listen for in quality jade. These delightful earrings come in their original black velvet box marked "Hartman Trading Corp. New York Hong Kong." Circa 1920.
Details.....The earrings are 2.1" long, and the jade drops measure .55" by 1.22". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
