A pretty vintage Swedish brooch. It is very like the traditional Scandinavian Sølje jewelry, without the mirrored dangles. Made of 830 grade silver, the body of the brooch is a disc decorated with filigree and edged with rope work. A tassel of filigreed silver with a pattern of sunny flowers and tiny dangles depends from the disc. This piece is lightweight and has a pleasing movement. The back is signed "TO." Circa 1920.
Details.....The brooch's disc measures .95" in diameter and the tassel is 2.5" long and 0.65" wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels.
