This wonderful little Victorian love knot brooch is lightweight, meant for lace, and perfect for wear on knits or light fabrics. 10k yellow gold has been molded into an ornate knot using the repoussé jewelry making technique that creates a three-dimensional quality. Mint green enamel accents the delicate gold work. The brooch secures with a classic Victorian c-clasp. Circa 1890.
Details.....The brooch measures 1.76" in diameter. In Very Good Antique Condition, with some discoloration to the back. Some wear should be expected on all vintage and antique pieces, we consider it to be part of their charm.
