18th Century Double Diamond Hoop Ring

Tudor Roses adorn the shoulders of this amazing piece of history. Ten chunky diamonds with rectangular shaped tables sit in two rows of five across the top in silver piecrust settings, the silver is on 18k yellow gold. The setting is so gorgeous from every angle with grooved rays radiating out from the center of the puffy back. Dating from the 18th century, there are approximately 1.95 tcw of diamonds.

I have been gathering special and rare jewels for several decades with the intention of eventually releasing them in Curated Collections. The first group is extraordinary rings.

Details....The ring is 18k yellow gold with the diamonds set in silver. The top of the ring measures 8.7mm x 17.5mm, the band measures 2mm at the back. Currently a size 8. In very Good Antique Condition, the silver bezels show wear in keeping with its age, and there is some sign this ring has been sized in the past.
