Antique Diamond in Classic Mid-Century Engagement Ring

This classic Mid-Century engagement ring with baguette accents is set apart by its antique center diamond. A wonderful 0.58ct old mine cut diamond with an I clarity, K color, squoval shape, and a chunky open culet is the star of the show. An austere straight baguette is bar set in each cathedral shoulder, emphasizing the depth and character of the unique center stone. The palladium body of the ring features a low profile and a very slender band. Palladium was a popular substitute for platinum during World War II when platinum was reserved for the war effort. Circa 1940.

Details.....Currently a size 9. This ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. The top of the ring measures 15.5mm by 5mm, and the band is 0.5mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of their charm.
