This Victorian necklace is wonderful, with refined geometric details. The silver chain is comprised of oblong links alternated with round discs. The oblong links are decorated with a Greek key design in blue enamel. The Greek key pattern is absolutely timeless; ancient, with a contemporary, graphic feel. The necklace clasps at the front with a large silver bolt ring. The ring allows you to easily hand your favorite bits and bobs from the chain. A stylish example of the extremely popular Neoclassical fashion trend of the era. Circa 1870.

Details.....The chain is 17" long and the links measure 7.7mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. Small imperfections are to be expected and considered part of the charm.
