A fascinating Modernist brooch with an abstract form sculpted in silver gilt. Sweeping concave and convex curves play with the light. This piece is unmarked, yet it recalls Mid-century Scandinavian design like Renmoosblüte (Reindeer Moss) jewelry. The brooch fastens with a rollover security pin. Circa 1950.
