Charming Locket Brooch by Coro

A charming gold fill locket brooch signed Coro. The round locket is engraved with a vaguely Victorian-style floral sprig. The locket is suspended from a sassy little bow pin with a rollover clasp. Inside, two frames display pictures of a pair of pretty young ladies. The brooch is marked "Coro" on the back of the bow. Circa 1940.

Emanuel Cohn and Carl Rosenberger established the New York accessories boutique Coro in 1901. Coro purchased a manufacturing facility in Providence, Rhode Island, in 1929, which became the world's largest costume jewelry facility.

Details.....The brooch measures 1.22" by 1.77", the locket is 1.07" in diameter. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces; we consider it part of the charm.
