Gold Filigree 2.53 OMC Cushion Diamond Ring

How do I describe a unicorn? This ring is a rare thing indeed, the diamond we all adore, a cushion old mine with a touch of warmth to the color and a fabulous clarity. And then there's the setting....14k yellow gold filigree with a fabulous bloom, in the Edwardian style with so much detail the first thing you should do when you come in to see this beauty in person is pick up a loupe so you don't miss a thing. The diamond, beautifully faceted and cut in the 1800's, the setting from the early 1900's, I imagine a young ingenue inheriting her beloved grandmothers diamond ring and resetting it to her liking in the late 1910s.

This ring comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $24,300.

Diamond Details.....The center diamond is a 2.53ct Old Mine Brilliant, with VS2 clarity and M color. 

Details.....Currently a size 4.75. The top of the ring measures 11.1mm wide and the band is 1.9mm wide. In Excellent Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
