Superb Art Deco Platinum & Diamond Station Chain

A superb diamond station chain necklace hailing from the glamorous Art Deco era. Thirty-seven small brilliant cut diamonds are set in eye-shaped platinum collets, linked by segments of delicate platinum cable chain. Icy white and glittering, the long chain looks magnificent worn alone, and is perfection layered with pearls. The piece fastens with a cunningly engineered locking hook clasp. Circa 1920.

This necklace comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $8900.

Diamond Details.....Thirty-seven round brilliant cut diamonds weigh .064ct each, 2.37cts in total. The diamonds have SI1 to I1 clarity and G-H color.

Details.....The chain is 40" long, the diamond-set links measure 3.8mm in diameter. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on antique and vintage jewels; we consider it part of their charm.
