Amber & Lapis Lazuli Necklace by Ancient Influences

In the depth of winter I long for the bright sun. This inspired me to make a small collection of jewelry featuring vintage amber that looks like frozen sunlight. This necklace married rich colors and textures reminiscent of the jewels of Ancient Egypt. A warm, glowing polished drop of amber hangs from a bright yellow gold filled rope chain. The chain is accented with two vivid blue lapis lazuli beads; one of the ancient beads is round and the other is a cylinder. The organic textures and luxurious colors of this necklace make a dramatic statement. The beads are all from my personal collection.

As with all of the pieces from the Ancient Influences Collection, there is a limited quantity of these materials and no two are ever exactly alike.

Details.....The necklace is 26" long. The amber pendant measures 1.57" by 0.70". 

All of the items in this collection are made using vintage bits & pieces and small imperfections are to be considered part of their charm.
