Aqua-Colored Crystal Eisenberg Ice Necklace & Earrings

A gorgeous Eisenberg Ice necklace and earring set featuring dazzling aquamarine-colored Swarovski crystals in bright silver-tone metal. The choker-length necklace is a chain of crystal links with a decorative centerpiece of marquise and round stones accented by rhinestone-set flourishes. The matching earrings are clip-ons. The necklace fastens with an unusual hook clasp and a white crystal-set extender chain. Supple and well-made, each crystal is prong-set by hand. A fine example of classic Eisenberg design. Marked "Eisenberg Ice" on both necklace and earrings. Circa 1960.

Eisenberg & Sons is an esteemed American jewelry company that makes high-quality costume jewelry. Jonas Eisenberg established the company in Chicago in 1914, offering high-end womenswear. But, it was the clothing's ornate buttons and brooches that seized public attention. In the 1930s, the company launched a line of jewelry that used dazzling Swarovski crystals in innovative designs called Eisenberg Ice.

Details: The necklace is 13" long, 16" with an extender chain, and the center of the piece is .90" wide. The earrings measure .90" by 1.15". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of their charm.
