Bold Blue Glass Slide Necklace by Ancient Influences

This interesting necklace makes a bold bohemian statement with its bright color and appealing textures. Two ornate sterling silver slides move freely upon a swag of sterling silver foxtail chains. The slides are set on both sides with cabochons of lapis-blue glass. The foxtail chain swag depends from a sterling silver cable chain. The necklace is finished with a silver watch hook that clasps on the side where the two segments of chain meet. Irresistibly tactile and so dramatic. 

The ingredients date circa 1890. All of the ingredients in this necklace are recycled and vintage. I love using vintage findings, and am thrilled by the discovery of just the right split ring or hook for a piece.

Details.....The necklace is 20" long and the slides measure 0.82" square.
