I have always loved the brightly colored scarab jewelry popular in the middle of the 20th Century. These brilliant green scarab earrings are a lovely example. The scarabs are hand carved from natural, deep green chrysoprase set in gold filled bezels with gold filled ear wires. Circa 1950.
