Brilliant Mixed Metal & Lapis Brutalist Necklace

Our research suggests that this fantastic Brutalist necklace is an unsigned work by Chilean artist Christian Luis Gomez. A hammered and engraved brass overlay is secured to a copper plate by copper pegs and adorned with lapis lazuli details, all signatures of Gomez's designs. The severe geometry of the pendant feels both ancient and futuristic. It is suspended on a chain of long brass links connected by brass rings, and is finished with a hook and eye clasp. This fascinating necklace is a real statement piece and a brilliant conversation starter. Circa 1970.

Details.....The necklace has a wearable length of 22". The pendant measures 1.69" by 2.71". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
