Classic English Hallmarked Sterling Watch Chain

I love the feel of a classic chunky sterling curb chain from England. This one is from the late 1800's and has Lion Passant hallmarks on the links noting that it is Sterling Silver. I have used two chains to get this just right length tthey held together with a thick silver ring, the chain is finished with a Victorian silver watch swivel chain which acts as the clasp and the fob holder. This chain has a classic timeless vibe with a touch of punk. It weighs 1.85oz.

From the Married Chains Collection by Ancient Influences. All of the ingredients in this necklace are recycled and vintage. I love using vintage findings, and am thrilled by the discovery of just the right split ring or hook for a piece.

Details.....The chain is 17" long and the links are 9.3mm at the widest, the hook is 1" long.

Each item from this line of jewelry is unique and incorporates re-purposed vintage and antique pieces. Small imperfections are to be expected and considered part of their charm.
