This pretty mottled green art glass is popular in the Czech Jewels of the early 20th century. This necklace features brass filigreed plaques set with the glass gems alternating with pierce work brass segments. So pretty and classically Czech.
The Jewelry made in Czechoslovakia in the early 20th century is wonderful. Famed for the high quality of their art glass and the level of detail they put in their pieces even though they were made of Brass and Glass, it has become collectible and appreciated.
Measurements: The necklace is 15.5" long and has an extender chain that can add another 2.5" to the length.
Materials: Jewelers Brass and Glass.
Era: circa 1920 - 30
